Statistical Methods: Statistics can tell you a lot about your process and the manufacturability of a part, given the tolerances and material selected. We utilize statistics as a means of checking our processes, and we use them during the design review process to insure part quality.

Melt Flow Analysis: Some materials are very sensitive to processing and moisture. In those cases where quality could be affected, we utilize melt flow testing to insure the incoming material and processing parameters.

Internet Access: Perhaps you would like statistical data on your parts. If so, the Internet provides an easy means of transferring this information. We can also set up special programs for our customers to allow them to access the statistical information on their own parts & projects.

P-PAP Part Approval Process: We offer this as a service to our customers who must get P-PAP part approval. We can assist our customers in this process, or we can take care of all the paperwork.

Spectrophotometer Color Analysis: When "close" isn't good enough, we utilize our spectrophotometer to measure color to a precise standard. You can be assured that every part from any production run will be the same color.

"Smartscope" Video Measuring System: With our Video Measuring System, we can accurately measure a number of dimensions during the process - instantly! Through the use of this technology we can insure accurate measurements each and every time. By creating fixtures for multiple cavity tools, we can write a program to measure 64+ cavities at a time. With an 18" X 18" X 6" motorized table, we can also measure fairly large parts.
